小型制藥冷凍干燥機(jī)使用注意事項(xiàng)

1. Prohibit the use of pipelines as a load-bearing escalator

禁止使用管路作為承重扶梯。

2. It is needed to read the operational manual carefully before operating the machine and only the operator who has been trained and qualified can operate the machine.

 設(shè)備操作前請(qǐng)操作人員仔細(xì)閱讀使用說(shuō)明書，在經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)合格后方可進(jìn)行機(jī)器的操作。

3.  In order to prevent the virus from destroying the computer used for controlling the equipment, it is forbid installing other software and connecting with other moble equipments.

隨機(jī)電腦作為機(jī)器操作用電腦，禁止使隨意安裝其他軟件，禁止與其他移動(dòng)硬件設(shè)備連接，防止電腦病毒的侵入；

4. Please ensure the vials are on the shelf uniformly before performing the stoppering procedure. Otherwise the vials may be damaged because of the uneven power. The vial shall be placed on the shelves uniformly even there are no enough vials to be filled with the shelf.

在進(jìn)行壓塞操作之前，必須保證西林瓶均勻地布滿每塊板層。如果西林瓶沒(méi)有均勻地布滿板層，在進(jìn)行壓塞操作時(shí)會(huì)有壓碎西林瓶的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。如果西林瓶不夠布滿整塊板層，也要保證西林瓶均勻的分布在板層上。

5. The aseptic filter shall not be disassembled during the usage, because the aseptic filter may be in low-pressure or high-pressure state.

無(wú)菌過(guò)濾器可能處于過(guò)壓或欠壓狀態(tài)，設(shè)備使用當(dāng)中禁止拆卸。

6. It is recommended to use the nitrogen gas to detect the system leakage to avoid the danger.

當(dāng)需要對(duì)有關(guān)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行檢漏，建議采用氮?dú)獯驂海灰捎闷渌麣怏w，以免發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。

7. Please cut off the power supply for PLC and all electric equipment to avoid voltaic interference when performing the weld operation around the lyophilizer.

在凍干機(jī)上或附近進(jìn)行任何焊接操作前，請(qǐng)切斷對(duì)PLC及所有電子設(shè)備的供電，以確保焊接電弧干擾不會(huì)對(duì)電子設(shè)備造成損壞。

8. The hydraulic cylinder safety pressure:

The working pressure for stoppering cylinder: 20~80bar

The working pressure for mushroom valve cylinder: 20~60bar

The maximum working pressure shall not exceed 80bar

If the pressure is set out of the allowable range, there may be some damages to the equipment. Please contact with the manufacturer.

油缸液壓工作安全壓力：

板層升降油缸工作壓力：20~80bar

蘑菇閥油缸工作壓力：20~60bar

油缸大工作壓力不能超過(guò)80bar

超過(guò)上述壓力運(yùn)行，可能會(huì)對(duì)機(jī)器造成損壞，及時(shí)與廠家聯(lián)系；

9. Open the cabinet door, please confirm the main power is off. If the UPS is installed, even though the main power on the cabinet is off, there is still high-voltage danger, please refer to the relevant electric chart to obtain the detailed information

打開(kāi)電器柜門前，請(qǐng)確認(rèn)總電源關(guān)閉。如果設(shè)備安裝了UPS電源，即使關(guān)閉了電器柜總電源開(kāi)關(guān)，仍然存在高壓電危險(xiǎn)。請(qǐng)查閱相關(guān)電器圖紙
